Epiphany Non-Discrimination Policy

Our non-discrimination policy clearly states our goal of an inclusive and nondiscriminatory work environment in which all employees are valued and empowered to succeed.

Epiphany also has a harassment-free workplace policy, which prohibits sexual harassment as well as any other form of harassment.

To this end, each staff member is expected to do his or her utmost to promote a respectful workplace culture that is free of harassment, intimidation, bias, and discrimination of any kind. If you know of a situation in which you feel these conditions aren't being met, you should immediately report the facts of the situation to your supervisor or the Human Resources Department or both. The important thing is that you bring the matter to Epiphany's attention promptly, so that any concern about discrimination or harassment can be investigated and addressed appropriately.
