Epiphany does not object to your making referential use of our product names (but not logos), provided the use is not misleading as to Epiphany sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement of your company, or your products or services.

Epiphany requests that you use our trademarks and registered trademarks correctly and refer to them properly.

• Proper reference includes marking them with the appropriate trademark symbol (® or ™) and using the correct product descriptor.
• The first and most prominent reference should contain the full product name and proper trademark symbol.

In addition, Epiphany requires that you provide the following notice within your product and/or product documentation which attributes ownership of the mark(s) to Epiphany Organisational Resilience Limited:

______________________ and ___________________ are [either] registered trademarks [or] trademarks of Epiphany Organisational Resilience Limited in the United Kingdom and other countries.

Other Use:

Any other type of use of Epiphany Organisational Resilience Limited product names requires expressed permission from Epiphany Organisational Resilience Limited. Please send your request via email to legal@epiphany-or.com.
